War Powers Act

While Congress possesses full war powers authorities under the Constitution and the War Powers Resolution,
in many cases, the executive branch has disregarded these authorities by introducing United States Forces
into hostilities without congressional authorization. This paper aims to argue why that without amending the
Constitution, the United States President will continue to be allowed to deploy the military without the approval
of Congress.
