    Compare and contrast the differences of the Uniform Crime Report (UCR) and the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS). Essay, please respond to the following prompts: What crimes overlap/don’t overlap in the two reports? Why? Why are there discrepancies between statistics from the two programs? Why is it useful or important for crime definitions to differ in the two reports? Knowing that these measurement pieces were designed to be used in tandem, what changes would you suggest to make these reports more reliable?
