Types of stress in life

Provide an example of each of these four types of stress in your life: acute, chronic, anticipatory, and positive. Your examples may be short, but they must have enough details to demonstrate an understanding of each type of stress. An example: “I freak out about upcoming tests in my classes and worry and worry until they are over. Once they are done, I feel a HUGE sense of relief” would be a sufficiently detailed and specific example of anticipatory or acute stress (now don’t use that one – too easy). Make sure to clearly label each type of stress. Textbook linked to chapter about this discussion https://openstax.org/books/psychology-2e/pages/14-1-what-is-stress
