Types of communication

This week the focus of your studies is on communication. We communicate all the time at home, at work, and at school. Managers must be mindful of what types of communication types they are using and if they are the most effective.   Find a YouTube or other movie clip, dated within the last 8 weeks, that shows two or more people communicating (from a tv show, video, news, a movie, etc.) What type of communication is it? Why do you think so? Was it effective? Would a different form have been more effective? Why or why not?
