Norway
Slide 1: Norway’s public education system is based on the principle of equal access and opportunity for all citizens. The educational structure consists of four levels: pre-primary, primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary education (Education in Norway, 2020). Pre-primary education is available for 3-6 year olds and focuses on children developing basic skills such as reading and writing.
