The Right of Privacy

Although the “announcement” of the Right of Privacy by the Court led to fears by critics that it would ultimately result in the Court expanding it to eliminate all laws criminalizing so-called “victimless” crimes. So far expansion has been limited to sex and reproduction matters. Would expanding the Right to Privacy be good or bad? Why or why not? Explain!
