It should not include any references. Part 1 is organised chronologically, featuring your reflections on particular topics in the order they appear in the course. In contrast, the reflective summary examines your entries as a whole, identifying issues or patterns that appear significant or recur throughout the journal. This means that before writing the summary, you should re read your journal and note the main themes and patterns of thought, as well as key insights and implications for your evolving understanding of the concept of leadership. More specifically, you should reflect on the choice of topics you have written about and how the journal writing has helped you deepen your understanding of leadership from competing perspectives. What issues or concepts have you struggled with most and why? Have you noticed any significant change in your understanding of leadership over the time you have kept the journal? Do those changes show any pattern?
