The National Organization for Human Services states in STANDARD 32

"Human service professionals conduct research that adheres to all ethical principles, institutional standards, and scientific rigor. Such research takes into consideration cross-cultural bias and is reported in a manner that addressed any limitations." Analyze this statement in reference to your proposal.
