The most fulfilling aspects of the manager’s work

Contact two people with supervisory/managerial responsibilities from the organization who are willing to be interviewed for your project.
Conduct and interview of at least 15 minutes with each one.
Some questions to include:
What is the organization’s:
Mission (what the organization does)
Vision (how the individual hopes to see the organization have impacts for the
future)
Key values (depending on the organization, these may or may not be formal
Statements).
The individual’s roles and responsibilities
What is the most fulfilling aspects of the manager’s work?
What are some of the challenges in the manager’s work?
What they see as the three most aspects of managing effectively.
How the way in which they manage now is different from the way they managed initially.
Advice for college students who would like to work in supervision and management in the future.
