The legal & ethical limits on a tax opinion.

The paper will discuss the limitation on tax advice, or opinion. I will upload a copy of my outline structure, and
the supervisor's comments. However, you can change or replace whatever you think needs to be changed or
replaced. But, you do need to keep the concept of the topic point. ( the limits on tax opinion). Also, I would like
the paper to address, who should give the tax advice? ( accountants and tax attorneys) what is the limitation of
each of them. further, what is the responsibility of each of them? and any other aspects that you think should
be discussed under this topic.
