The research question aimed at extracting the information for the study as: What is the impact of financial crises on government's human resources departments and how could that be solved and what are the prposals to avoid such issue in the futuer . 1- To determine the impact on the dynamic work of human resources such as recruitment, promotions and rewards. 2 To clarify its impact on the individual and society. 3 To explore ways to compensate employees whose had been effected by economic crisis internally. 4 To advise ways to mitigate the risk of future economic crises.
