The greatest obstacle to understanding other cultures

    In your opinion, what is the greatest obstacle to understanding other cultures? Why, specifically, might we find another culture “strange" or "weird”? Do you ever find your own culture weird? Why or why not? Is it ever possible to completely free yourself of bias and experience a culture on its own merits? Why or why not?
