Identify and discuss three or more actions a leader must take to effectively ensure the safety of fellow team members during an emergency response. Address the issue of risking the lives of several firefighters to potentially save the life of the lost firefighter: Did you always select the course of action that you thought would best ensure the safety of your fellow team members, or did you find that other factors took precedence? Explain why you took the actions that you did as a leader. In reviewing the choices that you made during this scenario, how would you change them for a potentially better outcome?
