You have been hired to teach Leadership for your university and will be meeting with the Dean tomorrow to discuss the course. Although you have a vast knowledge of leadership, and have taken a class similar to the one you have been asked to teach, the Dean has asked you to identify five and only five concepts that are meaningful to you.
