The Team Performance Model provided valuable insights into understanding how different processes should be employed such as goal setting, task division, resource allocation and evaluation in order for a team to effectively perform its tasks efficiently. As an example, at the beginning of our project we conducted a few meetings involving all members to discuss what was expected from them both individually as well as collectively with regards to specific goals that needed to be achieved during the duration of this project. This helped us align everyone’s objectives which resulted in clear expectations for every member along with tangible contributions towards achieving those goals instead of focusing solely on one’s own area with minimal coordination among other members of the group.

Using communication strategies such as active listening techniques allowed us hold constructive conversations where everyone felt heard while we discussed potential solutions together leading up until final decision was made – taking into consideration all relevant points brought up by each person involved in conversation before moving forward with any action plan or agreement reached during those meetings.. During these conversations I noticed that each member tried hard not only express their opinions but also take into account feedback from others so they could come up with best possible outcome given limited resources available at disposal under tight timeline imposed upon us.. This type of approach enabled our team establish stronger relationships between members through understanding various perspectives offered while keeping focus driven towards ultimate goal set prior commencing work assignment onto completion without detracting attention away from primary objective due heavy internal debates sparked off by lack trustworthiness amongst ourselves which eventually led successful completion ahead schedule even though there were some bumps encountered along way due unforeseen circumstances came up midst process once underway!

Additionally, having knowledge around psychological safety helps me ensure that myself & colleagues feel comfortable enough share ideas openly without fear being ridiculed judged harshly which enables whole group stay focused work done rather than burdened unnecessary stress situations arise out misunderstandings . Furthermore, learning about positive reinforcement (applying rewards) has been crucial creating culture valuing efforts put forth encouraging engagement levels remain high throughout duration projects – resulting increased motivation amongst participants ultimately leading faster progress towards end results since people tend take initiative if there are tangible benefits attached doing so!

Overall , my experience working on collaborative projects has been further enhanced by application concepts learnt course real world situations – allowing gain firsthand first lessons around importance building strong teams getting buy-in from stakeholders efficient operations size organization matters little when right mindsets harnessed inside organizational structure achieve desired outcomes !
