When it comes to its mission and vision statements, General Mills overall mission statement is making
consumer lives healthier, easier, and richer, in which the company’s main focus is on the achievements of its
objectives and set goals within these main two areas: Improving health & Improving lives (General Mills
Mission and Vision Statements Analysis, 2020). Whereas with its overall vision statement is making food that
consumers love, in which the company places great emphasis on the desires and likes the consumers
(General Mills Mission and Vision Statements Analysis, 2020).
In contrast and comparison to Kellogg’s Brand, its vision and mission statements focuses on Staying focused
and Going further (About Kellogg Company, n.d.). Kellogg’s brand is also a well known brand that has been
around for more than 100 years. Their products consist of Special K, Frosted Mini Wheats, Cheez-it, Eggo,
Corn Flakes and Frosted Corn Flakes to name a few as well (Kellogg Company I Our Brand Portfolio, n.d.).
