This part will interrogate the various studies done on the subject matter by first looking at the content of the study and its application to human service firms. Secondly, the methodology applied in the studies such as data analysis, sample and population. Thirdly, the results and findings of the different studies discussion follow. Lastly, the importance of the various studies and their application in the management of the organization will be discussed.
