This section addresses the empirical studies previously conducted by other researchers on how behavioral theory practices affect and shape leadership in various organizations. This part will interrogate the various studies done on the subject matter by first looking at the content of the study and its application to human service firms. Secondly, the methodology applied in the studies such as data analysis, sample and population. Thirdly, the results and findings of the different studies discussion follow. Lastly, the importance of the various studies and their application in the management of the organization will be discussed.
Empirical studies
de Graaf (2018) conducted a study on the relationship between ethics and behaviors when it comes to various professions in industries. The study aimed at exploring the professional practices acceptable within the different firms in the industry. According to the behavioral theory, traits are learnt rather than inborn.
