Verbally interview an adult rural dweller who lives in, or near, a community of 5,000 people or less. Interview questions must include the following, but can be expanded on if desired:  How long have you lived in a rural area?  Why do you live in a rural area?  Do you work in your community – why or why not?  What are the best things about living in a rural area?  What are the challenges living in a rural area?  If you had to put into words what health means to you, how would you describe it?  How would you describe the health services available to you?
