There is no template for this week, as the instructor is expecting that you will add the resources to your existing
project plan. The deliverable related to Project Resource Management will be a paper (up to 5 pages is
sufficient) in which you answer the following questions specific to your project:
• What are your expectations of the lead people in each area of your project?
• What are the key roles / resources involved in your project? In other words, who are the people you cannot
afford to lose if the project will be successful.
• What will you do to ensure that these people remain on your project?
• What contingencies will you put in place in case any of these people leave the project?
• What are the key areas of focus you will deal with as you develop, manage and control your team?
• Any other project team management topic you feel is important to discuss.
