Reflection on adherence and behavior change

  The assignment requires to reflect on how adherence and behavior change affect health protection and promotion by identifying the barriers to behavior change in one of the scenarios uploaded below; select and identify one theoretical framework or model to support behavior change, and identify intervention; and state the NP’s role in encouraging adherence, promoting behavior change, and with non-adherent patient.
