Race and ethnicity

    Race and ethnicity are mutually exclusive concepts. Yet, we often make assumptions about one's ethnicity (e.g., their culture, religion, etc.) based on their race. Explain why this process of stereotyping is potentially harmful for all persons–whether they be black, white, Asian, Hispanic/Latino, etc–both socially and as it relates to the administration of justice.
