The role of female managers in domestic and multinational companies: Pharmaceutical Industry as a Case
Although there is a lot of research that compares the behaviors of domestic and multinational (foreign) firms in a local competition, relatively less research focuses on their organizational structures. In this project, I aim to compare the gender aspect, particularly the role of females as managers, by using the pharmaceutical industry of Turkey as a case study.
