Sample Solution

I am most concerned about maintaining leader-member relationships while working remotely. To build and maintain these relationships, I will make sure to practice proactive communication with my supervisor, such as setting up weekly check-ins either over the phone or through video conferencing platforms like Skype or Zoom (Kim & Chang 2017). This allows me to show that I am engaged in the work and dedicated to meeting deadlines. Additionally, I will be available for questions or guidance from my supervisor if needed. Finally, in order to ensure I’m aligned with organizational objectives, I will review company policy documents and any updates sent by management regularly (Culbertson 2018). By taking these steps, I believe that it is possible to build strong leader-member relationships even when working remotely.
