Option 1: Critique how evidence is used in an organisation or policy. Identify risks and opportunities for leadership in that specific evaluation culture, and what a leader might learn from considering alternative evidence or evaluation cultures. Option 2: Create a shareable, critical ‘Best Evidence Synthesis’ about the evidence for a particular educational policy topic and discuss the implications for leadership in two different types of evaluation cultures. Option 3: Interview a leader about how evidence informs their leadership, and critically reflect on how broader evaluation cultures have shaped their understanding of evidence and leadership practice.
