  Evaluating the opportunities and barriers towards sustainable development in the assigned “application region” and discuss the regional development progressing by applying the concepts and theories were discussed/ taught in this course throughout the semester. You are required to propose an intervention within this context that could facilitate a transition towards sustainable development. These “application regions” : World’s largest mega-cities (China’s Pearl River Delta and its anchor of Hong Kong)
