Observation Reflection

      In this course, you are required to observe for 8 hours in the classroom. While you are observing, pay close attention to the informal and formal assessments the teacher uses. To complete this assignment, respond to the prompts below (2 page paper) and be sure to submit a copy (or screenshot) of your signature sheet verifying your observation hours. What types of assessments were administered during your observations? How did the teacher formally assess students? How were students assessed informally? What types of procedures were in place to ensure the validity and/or reliability of the results? What did you observe that you plan to use in your own classroom?
