Movie Analysis

      Identify and list a movie you will rewatch during the summertime (at your leisure) and look at it through therapeutic lenses. Please list your movie and provide feedback to at least one of your peers, in particular if you have already watched the movie. The goal here is to have you thinking more clinically and to remember "you are who you are because of everything you've been through." Think about Jenny in Forrest Gump. Think about Akeem in Coming to America, etc. Also, remember "these are real people and if we treat them as such we will show them more compassion." Take some time with this activity and have fun with it.
