    Write a minimum of 700-word paper or 8- to 16-slide presentation, with speaker notes, in which you summarize the selected types of M&A's. Include the following for each M&A you select: What are predominant issues driving a company's interest in pursuing M & A activities? What has been the total value of M&A activities in the two years? What were the values of each of the business combinations you discussed? Summarize trends for your five selected activities apparent from your research. Discuss any antitrust issues associated with your mergers. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the friendly versus hostile approach to a corporate takeover.
