      The purpose of this assignment is to broaden the student nurse or RN’s continuing education experience to enhance professional growth through analysis of a case of incivility and/or bullying in the workplace. Students demonstrate a solution-based approach related to the issue of incivility/bullying to improve team work and ultimately patient safety/positive outcomes.
