Every study has limitations or parts that in retrospect the researcher would like to do differently. Discuss with the class what limitations you identified in your study regarding Gender in White Collar Crimes and if there were some aspects of your study you would do differently if you had the chance.
One limitation of my study regarding Gender in White Collar Crimes was that I had to rely on existing studies, databases and reports which left me with limited data. There are many more cases of white collar crime that have gone unreported or undetected and this could have affected the overall results of my study.
Another limitation was that it was difficult to establish a clear correlation between gender and white collar crimes due to the lack of specific data available in existing reports. There is still much research needed to determine whether a significant link exists between gender and white collar offenses.
If I were given the chance to do my study differently, I would definitely try to obtain more comprehensive datasets from various sources in order to be able to draw more reliable conclusions about gender differences in white collar crimes. Furthermore, I would also include questions related specifically to attitudes towards different types of crime within each demographics which could help me gain further insights into how these genders view different criminal behaviors.
