      Legal Drafting: You are a trainee solicitor in the Property department of Preston Harris Solicitors and you are working under the supervision of partner, Dev Shah. You act for Harry Lomas and Donna Taylor, who are existing clients of the firms, in the sale of their house in Loancaster, Loanshire. The property had been advertised as £545,000 but they have agreed a sale price of £537,000 and a completion date of 1 June 2021. The buyers, Chris and Martha Diaz (represented by Clifton Marsh) will pay an additional £11,000 for various items in the property. Harry’s grown up son, Max, is living at the property whilst his flat undergoes building work. The clients have told you they extensively altered the property in 2017. Review the attached contract (DOCUMENT 2), which was prepared by the previous trainee and list any amendments - including any additions and deletions - you would make to both pages of DOCUMENT 2.
