Leading Toward Adaptation Through Social Resilience

In the studies for this course, we discover physical and social resilience as two entities separate yet bounded by common results. Imagine that you have been asked to lead local human services professionals to advance skills of resilience for children who have experienced a tornado with multiple deaths within an elementary school. Explain the concepts of resilience and the type of leadership style you would want to use to work with teachers and school administrators in order to support their efforts. Identify local resources as well that could contribute to your effort to support leading the community through the process.
