1.Describe an experience when you have felt the need to consult with another nurse leader when facing
difficulty in making a final decision on an issue or problem you have faced in your professional role. (i'm a
nurse at a state mental hospital and my leadership style is democratic most of the time, sometimes situational)
2.Explain the importance of your need to consult another leader.
3.Explore and relate how this principle was supportive in your decision regarding the issue/problem you
