Action: What did you do?
Observation: What happened as a result of your action?
Reflection: How could it have been handled differently for better results?
Initial Post (Due Friday, March 19th ):
Select a contemporary leader from business, sports, politics, or military who has recently made a major decision or taken significant action. Research the extent to which he or she used or might have used the AOR model in guiding their subsequent actions.
