  Write an essay in about 1000-1200 words on the following topic. “A leader’s response to a crisis is much more than speeches. Yet the messaging may play a key role in obtaining the public’s trust and co-operation. Hence, success pretty much depends upon leadership skills in the organization”. In line with this statement briefly discuss what makes a good leader during a crisis? With an example, critically analyze the leadership style which is suitable for the smooth decision making and effectively resolving business issues in crises.
