Tell your classmates about when and how you first became aware of cultural groups that were different from your own (Question 1.3 in your Development Plan) and what you have found challenging and rewarding in interacting with people from different cultures (Question 1.4 in your Development Plan). 3. Briefly describe your two (2) development goals (Question 2.1 in your Development Plan).
