Inter group conflict

  I​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​dentify a significant or common situation in your workplace (or a workplace with which you are familiar) that involves intergroup conflict. This is not a description of a simple disagreement but true intergroup conflict as described by our text and lectures. Respond to the following: Identify and analyze the sources or drivers of the intergroup conflict using the concepts provided in our text and other materials. Ide​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ntify the technique used to resolve this conflict. If the conflict was not resolved, recommend a technique or approach. Evaluate the effectiveness of the approach taken to bring about resolution. If resolution has not taken place, explain why your recommended approach or technique might be effective.
