ICU Nursing policy

  Summarize the key points of your chosen policy. (This is my education and career experiences (LVN for 1 year worked in Nursing Home, RN for 5 years (Worked 1 year of Med surg, 4 years of ICU and 3 of that in CCU). Did my LVN in a private program and did LVN to RN transition ADN program. Currently doing BSN. I want a policy that is pertaining to ICU or CCU setting. Defend your stance on the policy using at least two current, scholarly resources in support of your position
