Human Resources Field Experience Visit the Human Resources (HR) Department in the organization in which you work or an organization of your choice. If the organization is online, do a virtual visit. Have the HR manager identify the top three HR areas of focus facing the organization. Once identified, have the HR manager provide detail on the issue and how the organization is addressing the three issues of focus. Ask the HR manager to specifically address resources and their allocation. Compose a 2-3-page paper (not including the title and references pages) in which you describe the three issues and how they are being addressed.
