Assessing Progress
One way to assess progress is by looking at a child’s development in five domains: Cognitive Development; Language/Communication; Social-Emotional Development; Physical Development; Self-Help Skills (eating & dressing). Observing a child during playtime can also provide insight into their physical abilities and social skills. Additionally, assessing temperament is important when addressing difficult behaviors because some temperaments are naturally more challenging than others.
Roles & Responsibilities
