• From your observation, is quiet quitting commonly being practiced among employee?
• If you are being given a responsibility to maximise the productivity in an organisation, how to ensure all employees could adapt with high performance work practices?
From my observation, quiet quitting is becoming increasingly common among employees. As more employees become aware of the advantages to this approach, it can help them to avoid undue stress and potential conflicts in the workplace while enabling them to move on with their careers.
If I am given a responsibility to maximise productivity in an organisation, I would ensure that all employees have access to high performance work practices by providing training and support at every step of the way so that they are well-informed about what is expected from them. Additionally, I would foster a culture of trust between management and staff so that everyone feels comfortable expressing their ideas and opinions without fear of repercussions or retribution. Finally, I would reward those who demonstrate excellent performance so as to motivate others within the organisation.
