literature review of Chinese parents’ perception of home parental involvement in early childhood education in
Italy.
The main research question for the paper is how Chinese parents’ perceive their home parental involvement
with their children in Italy. The paper is valuable because currently European population is becoming
multicultural, and immigrant and minority parents are increasingly involved in school-based activities. The
question is based on the goal to give insights into the Chinese immigrants parents perception of their children’s
home learning in Italy and the ways they are involved in education. The findings of the paper will allow to build
better cooperation with Chinese immigrant parents for school representatives
