High school drop-out rates.

  There is a correlation between youth participation in gang activity, and high school drop-out rates. Simply put, an annotated bibliography is nothing more than a bibliography (reference section) with annotations below each of the references. All of the rules for a bibliography/reference section apply: It must be in alphabetical order; it must be in proper format (first line flush with left margin; remaining lines indented 5- spaces); and it must be in American Psychological Association’s Publication Manual (APA) format.
