My county is Ellis County Texas. Identify the percentage of Blacks and Hispanics in Ellis County and discuss how to implement the intervention you chose in th​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​at county--support with evidence (atleast two recent articles or other resources). The intervention I chose is to local governments should work with trusted community-based organizations, including the faith based community, to help educate, test and trace, and provide necessary resources to Black and Hispanic residents​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​.
