Moreover, I understand how important it is for healthcare providers to adhere to budgeting requirements while providing quality care for patients. To that end, with my years of experience in making critical decisions concerning risks versus rewards; negotiating with vendors; improving efficiencies; developing policy & procedure manuals; developing strategic plans; maximizing staff utilization & productivity through scheduling practices & process improvements – all serve as additional qualifications which support my desire for this promotion.
