Create an informational resource about the following geriatric medications, screening tools, or types of dementia (as assigned in the following list). Your resource can be a video, song, worksheet, graphic, presentation, or something else that is creative. Make it easy to read or listen to and understand. You are strongly encouraged to use images and graphics. You and your classmates can save these as study tools. Include at least two evidence-based sources. For the medications, please include starting doses for adult and geriatric patients, titration, how to taper off, side effects, labs, and monitoring. For screening tools, please list three screening tools and include how to score them. For types of dementia, please include the diagnostic criteria, signs and symptoms, risk factors, progression, and etiology.
