Investigate some advertisements on your own and assess the assumptions that advertisers are making. Your goal in this essay is not necessarily to judge the effectiveness of the advertisements, but rather to compare and/or contrast the ads and come to a thesis the clearly states the point you are trying to make about both ads or your group of ads.*As you analyze the target groups, you will need to consider the publication in which you found each ad.
