Analyze this from both sides. 1) What causes and actions did the offender(s) do that caused suspicion? 2)Discuss all investigations and penalties to the offender(s). Analyze the case study on its ethical issues – who is responsible? What type of fraud occurred? Was it resolved? How? Your recommendations. Be specific.
