Using desktop studies identify the main environmental features/receptors likely to be impacted by this
specific development and explain how they will likely be impacted. These should be limited to a total of 10
biodiversity impacts, 5 heritage impacts, 5 landscape impacts and 5 human impacts.
Suggest which environmental impacts you think will be the most significant and explain how you reached
that conclusion.
Suggest what mitigation could be incorporated into the Detailed Design stage that would help to minimize
the significant impacts you have identified. Any route deviation must stay within the red lines.
Is the local council correct in its Screening Opinion and why?
